Leigh is an outstanding manager and someone everyone wants on their team. She is gifted with process improvement work. I first worked with Leigh on a capital project that was a few weeks away from starting UAT. In two weeks, she wrote a detailed process plan for the IT team and implemented an Agile process from the ground up. Being a high achiever, Leigh didn’t stop there. After the successful completion of that project, Leigh embraced the next challenge of implementing new processes for business requests, bug fixes, and enhancement requests.
